1. Proprietary Software & Assets

The Bricktopia website, including its source code, configurations, user interface, print designs, 3D models, photography, and all other visual or textual materials (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Bricktopia and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Ukraine and international treaties.

2. Prohibited Actions

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish the Content in whole or in part;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or proprietary data structures of the software;
• Scrape, enumerate, bulk-download, or otherwise programmatically harvest images, assets, or configurations from the site;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright marks, build markers (e.g., "bricktopia-proprietary-*"), or watermarks contained in or affixed to the Content;
• Use the Content for commercial purposes, redistribution, or public display without a written license from Bricktopia.

3. Build Markers & Tracking

Every production build of this site embeds a unique build marker string into each JavaScript bundle and every generated preview image. These markers uniquely identify an authorized build. The presence of any such marker in a third-party product, site, or derivative work constitutes prima facie evidence of unauthorized copying and will be used as such in any infringement proceedings.

4. DMCA & Enforcement

Bricktopia actively monitors for unauthorized copies of its site, code, and assets. Violations will be pursued through DMCA takedown requests to hosting providers and CDNs, trademark-infringement complaints, and civil litigation where appropriate. Willful copying of this Content may also result in criminal liability under applicable copyright statutes.

5. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to interact with the site for the sole purpose of designing and purchasing personal products offered by Bricktopia. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.
